Disappointing visit to Bobs. Went because I didn’t want to deal with the Applebee’s crowd, big mistake. Waited for 10 mins to be seated even though there were obviously empty tables. Our server was prompt and took our order politely, but then returned 10 mins later to tell my wife they just told her that there were no mushrooms for the burger she ordered. We ordered her another burger from the menu and got them just seconds later. My sourdough bacon burger was fine, nothing remarkable. My wife’s bacon cheese burger however was overlooked, sauceless, and cold. The fries were ok, and eventually I talked her into asking for a new burger. Always worried about the spit burger factor you know? Anyway, the new one came out and was hot and fresh and so were the fries. Felt like our waitress was battling the kitchen the whole time to get her orders right. As we sat and ate the rest of our meal the server April, filled our drink and brought us sauces. She was very friendly and apologetic. The final frustration however is that as people got up around us and left, no bussers or hostess came to clear the messy tables around us for more than twenty minutes.
Consistently bad service. I tried this place for the second (and last) time yesterday. Sadly, the latest experience was pretty much was pretty much a regrettable repeat of the first. The food was ok, but the service was shameful, just like the first time. I seated myself at the bar. My server (the bartender, name: Lisa) took five minutes to acknowledge that I was there, which was odd since the place was pretty empty and she wasn’t doing anything else except perfecting her sour puss face. I waited for her for a while and then got my own menu from the end of the bar. Other patrons ended up doing this as well. What else, there was no salt shaker nearby – I eventually gave up waiting and got one on my own. The ketchup was empty, ok that happens, but when the server got a replacement from a nearby table he swapped it with the empty one and left that table with an empty. Got a scowl when I asked for a clean glass, the first one was pretty scuzzy. Count me out, I’m not coming back.
Excellent experience. When you show up to a restaurant and review the menu and you see interesting things that you have never seen before we’re probably going to have a good experience. I think the mushroom burger, the bacon burger, and the bleu burger are by far the best. They deliver on their promise to have a variety of delicious burgers. Refreshing for a location Kennewick. I look forward to trying the Richland location.
Great Fish & Chips. I have eaten at Bob’s twice and I confess I have yet to order a burger. The first time I had a salad that was HUGE. The second time, I took a chance on the Fish & Chips. I am really picky about my Fish & Chips and think the only good ones in this area are at Anthony’s. I was so pleasantly surprised! The fish is fresh cod, not frozen. And it was cooked perfectly.
Mushroom burger is excellent, very juicy! potato salad is a winner and you get a really big portion for a decent price..
Horrible. The burgers were sloppy,falling apart and flavorless. Bob’s burgers couldn’t even make french fries properly. Bob’s makes McDonald’s food seem great in comparison. Don’t waste your money here.
Been here twice. Both times ordered a burger. Both times by the second bite it was falling apart with sauce or guacamole spilling out all over me. I should be able to eat a burger without needing a shower afterwards. I’ll stick to Red Robin.
