Pretty good. I came here last night (Friday) at about 6:30. The place was nearly full but it onky took about 20 minutes for our food to arrive. The cheesesteak was excellent but always get the large, and make sure to get fries, they’re the Best!
The hamburgers are great too!. Bruchi’s is cheesesteaks, but they are also great hamburgers. Three restaurants, two in Kennewick and one in Pasco, make them convenient. Quick and fresh. Cheese-steaks and subs, these are two foods that you can see at restaurants everywhere. Bruchi’s however, keeps its head above the rest. The cheese-steak was creamy and the meat was nice and rich with a quality roll encasing the good stuff. The turkey sub was not your ordinary sliced, pressed, congealed turkey. It was roasted and pulled in pieces. Aside, from one small bite of grissle in the steak, the sandwiches were well above par. Simple and flavorful, without the flashy condiments that mask lower quality ingredients. Not on par with Jersey Mike’s but nobody is perfect, but very acceptable.
