The food here is better than McDonald’s…..but not by far…..I can’t really rate it since the place holds sentimental value….the food is…um..better than most fast food. They need to up it a few notches…..for sure! I would definitely choose this over any other fast food burger! Still, not great.
Went there with my son, i ordered loaded biscuits& gravy…buttery& melt in your mouth, taste homemade. My son had mushroom& swiss burger, fresh mushrooms on top& tastes great, next time will get a double meat burger because we like meat. The fries were super crispy, crinkle cut fries. They have fry sauce in lobby….reminds me of the drive in burger joints my mom used to take me to. We will go there again, it is a clean restaurant.

Don’t order the Boca (veggie) burger, they aren’t supposed to taste that bad. My husbands burger bun was so stale it was hard as a crouton. That was a couple weeks ago so we thought we’d try again today, give them another chance. They forgot a burger in our order so I drove ALL the way back and they argued with me about which burger it was. Don’t waste your $$!! They used to be awesome, been going since I was a kid, not worth anything anymore.
OK food …. Not too bad, fair service at drive up & food was quite good.They could use a good take out menu !
Bad service, GREAT food!. Every time I go to this place the service is horrible. They are rude and dont pay attention to what you order or when you are talking to them at any point during your time there. They are on there cell phones and talking to one another about inappropriate table talk. But the food is awesome and that is what keeps me going back!! Its a fast food restaurant not a fine dinning place. As long as the food is great i will continue to go!
Upon a remomendation from a coworker I decided to go back to Burger Ranch after a previous bad experience. Well I can say the food was not bad, but the service was. It is my opinion that if an overpriced resturant makes an error on an order, they should try and please the customer going forward, not roll their eyes and let their breath out. This is especially true when the customer tries to appoligize for the confusion (even when the employees were the one who were confused). I won’t be returning to this location again.
