Good Italian or west coast Italian???. The problem is that if you’re from around here and this is all you know, then it’s pretty good. If you’re from the east coast, especially New York, then it’s decent. I wasn’t so happy that I could only get the one or two items that they offered on that particular night, but I accept that Carmine’s does things differently, and if I don’t like it then I don’t have to eat there. All things considered, being Italian and from NYC, it wasn’t bad. Nowhere in the Tri-Cities area seems to be able to match the quality and flavor of Italian food in NY, but this so far has been the closest – just with limitations. The atmosphere was cute and it really was no frills. I’d definitely go back – but on a night that they served something I liked.
