Best burrito ever! It’s huge plus who doesn’t love food truck’s! It’s right by Kamiakin High so they get a lot of lunch and after school-ers. They offer discounts for teachers, students, military and police/fire.
Yum. Good food, decent prices, and good service. The only complaint i have is that they arent open more hours. Food is out of the ordinary.
One of the best food trucks in the Tri-Cities. After finally getting around to trying El Fat cat’s I will definitely be going back. Being my first time here I ordered as much food as I thought I could handle all at once and still be semi conscious at work this afternoon. Had one each of the beef, chicken, and pork tacos and a Triple threat torta. The tacos were all wonderful with the chicken being my favorite. The torta was definitely the star of the show. Porky, bacony, sauted oniony goodness wrapped in torta bread, how could you not love it. Overall I am very impressed with the food, just wish I had tried it sooner.

Delicioso!. ME ENCANTA! El Fat Cat is a fusion Mexican taco truck. So it’s not even in the same realm of an ‘authentic taco truck’ as far as menu is concerned. There is a place for ‘authentic taco trucks’ (I’m always a sucker for taco trucks!) and then there’s El Fat Cat. It’s a chance to have Mexican food with a twist. I honestly have to say I’ve only had a few menu items because I’m so in love with these couple entrees that I just keep ordering them over & over! Fuji Torta is amaze-balls. Unique with fun, fresh play on ingredients with the feel of a stand-by torta. Best of both worlds! You have to top it with the pinapple salsa (by far my fav salsa of theirs because it’s unique; but you’ve also gotta try their walnut salsa. It’s good!). Their coconut chicken curry chicken that I’ve had as a special was rediculously yummy too! Now for those of you who are craving a seriously MEXICAN torta that puts all over ‘authentic tortas’ to shame, ask Felix (the chef) to make you the EL FELIXIANO (it’s not on the menu YET, but I’m pulling for it 😉 . Stuffed full of a mix of meats, lettuce, beans, cilantro (and MAS)…this torta couldn’t be more mexican short of moving to Mexico! All the best ingredients and cooked with skill & quality ingredients. DELICIOSA! Best of all, Felix & Jenny, husband & wife owners are the most welcoming, warm, fun, funny, gracious owners. Always love seeing their smiling faces & having long chats with them 🙂 Go their twice & you’ll be fast friends 🙂 Enjoy one of my favorite places in the tri-cites!
