Good pub. Friendly atmosphere, excellent microbrews, tasty food. The original location in downtown Kennewick is a great place to meet friends for a friendly casual dinner after work.
What Happened to the Beer. Have not been here for awhile but heard they changed the beer recipes. Tried the IPA-its barely an average Pale no hops. Fresh Hop Ale-only could taste grapefuit could not finish the taster. Hop Warrior was the Hop Heads dream until the recipe change, its been de hopped worse than the IPA. Stout right color just no Stout flavor. If you like Craft beer there are much better breweries to hit in the Tri Cities.
Beer is the real reason to go here. I’m not going to review the food here because quite frankly that is never the reason I go here. The beer is outstanding. The person behind the beer must either be from Germany, or lived there for a very long time. There is a familiarity with German beer that is easily tasted within the fresh brewed lager. Ich liebe deutsches Bier.The ale is on par with any top-tier microbrew establishment. There is also a little brewing supply shop behind the restaurant.
Poor food. This is the secound time we have tried your place. It is the last . The Calamari was like rubber bands. I thenk it was some sort of pressed food. My wife had the fish and chips. They were alsi rubbery. We will go to Bone Fish or Anthony’s from now on. For $3 more they your fish and chips you can get a 4 course dinner at Antony’s, and it is fresh fish.
Great food great price.. The food and beer were amazing. The price for pints was even more amazing. Highly recommended!
Pretty good! had the ice harbor burger w/provalone and it was juicy and well done.. sweet potato fries were a little overcooked for my liking, but thier potato salad is great!
Beer is great. Except for the Tangerine Hef……it tastes like that orange hand cleaner. The food sucks. Drink here, eat elsewhere
