HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! RUDE EMPLOYEES!. I will never again go to the Kennewick location. The employee was rude when we were ordering and when I asked to speak to management he was rude right back. I will definetely tell everyone i know about yow horrible the service was!
POOR SERVICE. Will NEVER again visit the 395 location service sucked!!! I had to repeat my order more than once I don’t even know if the lady taking my order understood english or not I could hardly understand her when she was talking to me!! She wasnt friendly and seemed frusterated I ordered crispy when I was told not all the pieces were available and if I wanted original if not I would have to wait about 20 minutes no I did not want to wait I got home and I kid you not my chicken looked old and very dried out I was very disapointed management needs to step up their game have better customer service and better quality of food!! I will nevr again visit this location!
