Formerly known as Robertos for the longest time (and Dairy Queen looong ago), La Posada is and has been my go-to spot for quick-mexican for many years. This is simply awesome taco truck fare that happens to be in a very stationary old DQ. It’s hard not to get anything but their delicious, big breakfast burritos – they are the best I’ve had. I love their carnitas too! Honestly there isn’t much I dislike here, its just mexi ghetto goodness all around. There is one thing though… I wish they used a bit better quality meat for their carne asada. I know they’re trying to keep costs down and can’t use skirt steak or sirloin etc etc, but I think they could do a bit better. Their prices are reasonable here, even though they’ve raised them a bit in the last few years. Still, the portions are sized big for the price – a good value. To cap it all off, they are open 24/7! If you’re in the neighborhood and need your Mexican food fix, stop in and check it out.
Fish taco white sauce was good- wish the fish wasn’t breaded and fried, but it was darn tasty. I recommend the fish burrito with rice, beans, and guac added.
Best Breakfast Burrito. Roberto’s has the best breakfast burrito in the Tri-Cities, both for the value, and cost. This burrito will keep you filled until dinner for $4.00. My favorite is the bacon, egg, cheese, with no potatoes, and add the green chili sauce!
Kind of hit or miss. Great that it’s 24 hours since I work odd shifts, but one time I got the chile relleno burrito and they didn’t clean the chile, so I got a mouthful if stem and seeds. Good taco salad, but over priced for what it is.
My fav Mex restaurant in the Tri-Cities. Best Avacado sauce ever! Plus, they are open 24 hours, offer a drive-thru and $3.00 burritos bigger than your head. Yummy!
