I enjoy the food but don’t always enjoy the service. We have had a couple of great servers but have never seen them again . Lunch Bentos are great, rolls, are great. Wish the service was as good as the food.
Really good teriyaki according to my Grandson, a noted teriyaki consumer from Federal Way. We also enjoyed it. He had the chicken and I had the chicken & pork combo. Gushi…a woman I married 48 years agothat has hung around since…had the Kung Pao Chicken. It was properly seasoned with just the right amount of heat. A good mealenhanced by the Ice Harbor IPA brewed here in Kennewick. Our server was a jewel. Thank you Saria. Great way to enda day of driving and trying to forget a terrible breakfast…Recommend.

Not great. I can’t comment on the dining experience, but we were pretty disappointed in the take out. The sushi rolls were completely drowned in sriracha and some other kind of sauce. I personally prefer to taste my sushi. I ended up just wiping some of the sauce off with a napkin. I’m sad because they’re the closest sushi place to us.
…couldn’t even take one bite. Not a friendly place – wait staff was rude. Seemed like it was a real bother to clean off a booth for us. We took off before we could order – which seemed to take forever to just come and get our drinks. Maybe Ill give it another shot sometime, but right now you’re a total no go in my book – Shame on you Osaka, your service is bad and you should feel bad!
Best place in town. For sushi its the best when its not super packed!! but they get packed for a reason!! service isn’t super quick only one real sushi chef and his su chef…
Worst Sushi. This is not fresh sushi, those of you who like Osaka have never had great sushi and are probably beginner sushi eaters who settle for po-dunk crap. Hands down worst service in the tri-cities as well.
