They microwaved our bagels in plastic wrap. A stinking gooey nasty mess. I feel bad rating it. It was disgusting, I’m hoping it was a server error. 4 bagels…ew
I realize everyone say they love it, but it has HORRIBLE service and the WORST COFFEE EVER. I have personally watched them take the portafilter out of the machine and not dump the grounds but just put it in a bowl of water- so unsanitary and makes the coffee taste horrible. I have to say the bagels are good, just never buy the mud!
