Sandwiches are mostly bread, very little meat, toppings, and sauce. This place used to be good, don’t waste you time anymore. Oh, and the bread was also very dry, possibly stale.
U GET WHAT U PAY 4. Decent sized subs. Affordable-ish for the one’s that are $2.50 for a 6 inch.Other specialty priced items comparable 2 Bruchi’s. Their most popular is the Cuban.Overall it’s good. Decent service. Clean restaurant.IT DOES GET PACKED & BUSY DURING THE LUNCH HOURS!!!

Food was good but service was lacking. I ordered a footlong italian and after 10 minutes of waitkng a worker persented me with a 6 inch hot italian. The problem was quickly fixed but it was a stupid mistake.
This used to be a great little place until it was taken over by new management. The prices have gone up and the food and service(if you can call it service) have gone WAY down. THUMBS DOWN!!
Stupid stupid Stupid! I order my sandwich, then proceed to wait 20 minutes, for them to give my food to somebody else! FAIL!
Where’s the Beef?. I used to love this place. One by one the special little things that made the Sub Factory stand out as something special has been taken away.Today I ordered a foot long steak supreme. $8.50 for the sandwich, $12.xx with chips and a soda. I should be able to get a pretty decent lunch for $12.xx in Richland wa.I understand times are tough and we must cut back; however, the steak sandwich was very much lacking in the steak. I also had to spit out a big gob of fat and gristle, which i could overlook if the portion was at least decent. Another thing is they used to have this great steak sauce that really made these sandwiches ‘special’. I did notice there were 5 people working, where 3 would have probably done the job.
