Went twice and both times horrible services! We thought to give it another shot but ended up leaving. Waited for someone to seat us… Apparently we were ignored and two groups got sat before us..? Finally we got a table, took waitress to bring water 10 mins… Asked for our order… We ordered; 15-20 mins passed by, watched three people that came after us get their foods served. Well… When it reached 45-50 mins. We finally asked if we were forgotten, well of course we did because the waitress that took our order asked who took our order.. Wow! Yes, deftnitely NEVER COMING BACK!!
My husband and I live an hour and half away from The Rock and finally after waiting for a chance to go eat here, two years after opening. I was so completely disappointed. We waited over an hour and half for our food, on a Tuesday night. Although it was good, it was served cold. We had to ask for drink refills, plates, utensils and napkins. The waitress never apologized and wasn’t friendly at all. Needless to say, we will not be going back and cannot recommend to our friends.
Bad service long wait mediocre pizza noise level high. This place is great if you are young, go to drink, have lots of money, and place no value on your time. Waiter was inefficient and rude. Long wait even though many tables were open.Once order was made another long wait. It was a 2 hour experience filled with disappointment. Noise level way to high. The pizza was worse than Pizza Hut, came barely warm so we started to serve ourselves and a few minutes later some fool waiter comes over to tell us we were supposed to wait for him to put it on our plates. It would have been cold by then. I will never go back. If you want great fire baked pizza in Kennewick try the real deal, The Fire.This joke of a place is way over priced for such bad service and food quality.
Keep going. First off, I regularly go to the Vancouver location and it’s good food and service is always excellent and I’ve NEVER written a review good or bad. I sat at the bar traveling alone, waited 10 min to get an iced tea and ordered a familiar item. Exactly 1hr later, my food was set in front of me so cold the cheese actually got hard again. Knowing I was less than happy, the bartenders suggestion was that he could order me another which I declined and just left.
Ok food, too long a wait. Not worth it when there are so many better, quieter, tastier places closer to home.
Went twice and both times the service was terrible. We didn’t get drinks for 20 min and the people around us were having same trouble. I went back the second time thinking they worked things out but no luck. An hour before we got food. The food was good but I won’t go back because the service was unacceptable.
Great experience at The Rock. My husband and I had great service and the food was really good. We loved the mushrooms off the appetizer menu! Would love the recipe, ha ha:)
