Cute Little Cafe. Visited Kona Kai for the first time today, and it was an enjoyable experience. Walked in and was greeted warmly by the two ladies running the cafe. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do consider myself to be a hot chocolate connoisseur ;). It was pretty good – rich and tasty. Sat down and did some work on my lap top. The atmosphere was really comfortable and laid back. The music helped (reggae/jawaiian). I’m interested in trying the kalua pig and mac salad. I was born and raised in Hawaii, so I’d like to see how their Hawaiian dish holds up to my high standards.I plan on visiting the place again, hopefully on a Friday evening to catch some live music.
Amazing coffee, food, and staff! Great events!
