Is there such a word as ‘super-gringo?’ Seriously, this was a choice made to please a large party with varying tastes in Mex fare. Translation….a safe choice. I did not care for it at all, because just about every bite I had was virtually tasteless, including the house salsa which offered no relief. Only a request for a bottle of Tapatio made things slightly more palatable. Don’t let the photos fool you–and yes–those are grocery store grade hard taco shells. Once again, I took one for the team…

Love the home made salsa and the portions are too huge! Won’t hurt the pocket book, the beer is cold and a great price. Check it out when visiting SouthGate Mall.
