Words cannot explain how much I love this place! It’s a family owned restaurantand and they put lots of love in all their dishes! Saigon Soul has THE best pho in the area!!!!! The broth is so flavorful and savory! We frequent this restaurant almost twice a month! For the quality and freshness of the food, you can’t beat the price! I’ve never been to a Vietnamese restaurant that has freshly grilled pork spring rolls, and their Vietnamese sausage in their spring rolls is a family recipe! One time the owner specially made a dipping sauce for a friend that has a peanut allergy! Saigon Soul is truly a gem in Kent.
