Mixed feelings, but good place depending on your mood. If you want generous portions of pizza and pasta, this is your place. If you want a place to unwind by a fireplace or watch monster trucks on a big screen TV, this is your place. Can’t argue with that.Prices are decent. Owners are friendly and patient if you need to make a special request. There’s also a weird little bar in back that feels more like a hide-away, but I do see people sneaking in there now-and-then who look pretty happy.That being said, the kids in the back often take a really long time to come out with your food and it is usually not the healthiest fare on the island.

The only game in town. The Rock does not have any real competition and they clearly know it. The only other pizza joint hereabouts frequently spends more time using their facilities to heat chicken strips or nuggets for their families. Avoid Vashon Pizza.The Rock has about everything an adult on Vashon wants-they have their own bar , deck seating in summer, and definitely the best pizza in town. That being said-it is a small town. Almost on par with Spiro’s. Still the best option for anyone out and about who wants a beer and a pizza.
