Pretty average…. To be fair, it wasn’t bad, but it’s nowhere near as good as some of the other popular options in the area. Service was attentive, food was fine, just very underwhelmed given the popularity. 3 Best in Redmond in our experience are Bai Tong, Typhoon, and Iyara by a wide margin to those that follow in the ratings here.
Went over to the Ridge tonight and tried this place. I was pleasently surprised by the ambiance and setting for being in a strip mall. It was actually a little romantic with the lighting and piano music. We shared the rhad na and pineapple fried rice. Two stars was pretty weak, will go for three or more next time. Will go again, good portions, good prices, nice place!
Great food, great service. The food here is delicious and the staff are great. If you’re lucky enough to go on an evening when they have a live performer playing music – well, good for you. You may get a piano playing lounge singer, or a guitarist with a thick accent doing covers of John Lennon. Either way it’s very entertaining. Our niece and nephew love the huge fish tank with exotic fish!
The food is always great – the owner and his staff are hard working and very attentive to their customers. You will never go wrong with Silver Spoon.
