Terrible food, terrible service, and they had nerve to be angry that we complained, my husband got sick from eating the liver and onions. Ive never had food that bad at a restaurant, period, and we eat out at least 3-4 times a month either as a family or with business colleagues. I think they only get away with it because its the only restaurant near the ski lodge. Horrible, disgusting quality, for $115.00, it was the worst. Ive had food from Mc Donalds 10x better. If they didn’t force gratuity, there would have been no tip involved. and my average tip is always at least $20.00 if the service is good but the food sucks, 30-50 for good service and $100.00 when they go above and beyond. Didn’t even offer to take a regular drink order, just water, maybe they assumed didn’t want or couldn’t afford drinks? It was very insulting. As a family and as a business, we usually spent around 200 dollars for a nice regular meal. Totally disappointing.

This restaurant, like any other place I go to eat, gets 5 Stars. Here’s how they lost 4 of them.5 of us arrived on a Saturday afternoon after riding the John Wayne trail from North Bend, we were hungry and that was an understatement! The place was practically empty, the whole front section was closed. Maybe 3-4 other patrons. I asked to be seated so we could see our bikes….we had over $10k in bicycles out front. We were seated in the way back which was not ideal. Loss of first star.We sat there for 15 minutes before the waiter came back to us and asked what to drink. Water for everyone, can we have a picture of water as well. The pitcher arrived with chunks floating and something black easily scraped off the inside wall. Loss of second star. After switching the pitcher out we ordered. My Bacon Deluxe burger, no lettuce and no tomato arrived with no bacon. Bacon is the first word of the menu item….I’m fairly certain I didn’t say…… can I have the no bacon deluxe burger. They got the no tomato and no lettuce part right…..possibly by accident. Loss of the third star. The food was edible and tasted good, but we did just ride uphill for 35 miles and at that point…..anything would have tasted good!We were finished in minutes (literally), we were starving! The staff never came back to ask if we needed anything else, we had to ask for more water numerous times. We sat there for another 15 minutes until I had to actually raise my voice and ask for the check(s). Very unfriendly staff, subpar service and well, the food tasted good if you were starving. Loss of the fourth star.In conclusion- If you’ve been lost or stranded for a few days or have just cycled 30-40 miles and have had nothing to eat, Don’t waste your money. Instead, there is a gas station next door and they have snacks and drinks and the staff there actually talks to you.
