POOR customer service. We arrived at the covington restaurant at about 830pm when it wasn’t too crowded. We typically go to the bar, but my girlfriend forgot her ID so we had to go to the restaurant side. As we walked in, the hostess (Sarah), did not greet us. Another hostess came up and started talking to Sarah as we stood there waiting. After a few minutes of still not being greeted, my girlfriend had to greet ourselves to the other hostess. She apologized for us not being taken care of, and said we’d be seated in a few minutes. Sarah showed us to our seats with no greeting, and sat us upstairs in the corner. The restaurant was HALF empty downstairs, but they sat us upstairs in the corner. Talk about segregation. We decided it was time to leave and we will not be back.
Very busy on weekends, come during the week for a place to sit. Very cool ambiance and music. Ask for pizza dough for the kids to play with. My kids like the pizza OK but do moan about the amount of dripping grease. I agree. Pat your pizza down with napkins first. Beer also OK here. Overall pretty good but less oil dripping from pizza would good.
