Great American bistro. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found Pavz. In a Bavarian themed town like Leavenworth, its nice to have non-German food options. Pavz is a delightful, American bistro. My husband ordered the angry shrimp salad. It was delicious. The red chili pepper prawns were a nice compliment to the avocado, toasted corn and cabbage. My cheese plate was one of the best Id ever tasted. The owner of Pavz also owns a creamery. The cheese is fresh daily and absolutely delicious. My strawberry lemonade was the best Ive ever drank. I could really taste the fresh strawberry puree.Naomi, our server, was very sweet and hardworking. We really loved Pavz.

The food does cost some, but the portions are fitting to the cost!!!08 Jan, 2015Chocolate Gelato Crepe. It is delicious. I had never had crepe before but this dessert crepe is so amazing!
