Not happy at all. Service was average. Food was not not. When my Visa Credit Card statement arrived I found they had overcharged me. I left what I considered a respectful tip to the waiter ( 27% ) , only to find they had changed the final total to reflect a 34% tip when the statement arrived. There was no way to mistake what I had on the Cutomer copy of the Visa receipt. Really dishonest and unethical – would strongly advise avoiding this restaurant.
Newer place on Front Street. We ate outside in front of the restaurant at the quaint wooden tables with large umbrellas. Their specialty is wood fired oven pizzas so we shared a prosciutto, pesto and date pizza that was fabulous. Pesto had lots of garlic and the sweetness of the dates offset the saltiness of the prosciutto perfectly. Our server suggested we also share a House Greens salad to complete our meal which she brought prior to the pizza with our glasses of wine. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back next time we visit Leavenworth.
Amazing cuisine and establishment. I’m a local to the Leavenworth area and I’ve already visited Sulla Vitta 3 times. They have an amazing selection of food and drinks available. This is a tapas style restaurant so the food is meant to be shared and not serve as a single meal. Their bottles of wine are half the price of other establishments I’ve been to (for the same bottle!). Their prices are also more than fair with a flank steak or halibut costing only $15. The food presentations are beautifly put together and the staff is very professional.
Overpriced and chaotic. New restaurant in the tourist town of Leavenworth–long wait, servers didn’t seem to know what they were doing and were short with customers; acting like we were an inconvenience. Though the food was good, it was very small portions for the price you paid. We had to take our family of four somewhere else for more food after finally eating here because all were still hungry. Definitely not a good place for families; next to a brewery that was very rowdy. Hopefully the staff will get some training in how to serve.
