Cod fish and chips was alright. Clam chowder was mediocre at best. Atmosphere was dated and the place smelled of old fish. Service was good though.

So-so, not fresh. Fish wasn’t really fresh and the prices were slightly too high for the quality received. Service was great though.

Limited Review. I’ve been to, or taken food out at Doogers many times, but being as I always have the same thing, my opinion is somewhat limited. The clam chowder is to die for. It is so fresh and hot and delicious. Pick up some fresh buns @ the Cottage Bakery and what a great meal, especially on a cold rainy night.

It was ok.. The restaurant isn’t terribly impressive when you walk in. The decor is outdated and kind of reminded me of a run-down diner. The food was ok, but only ok. I ordered the oyster sandwich, which was tasty but greasy. The fries were definitely freezer-burnt, but they served them anyways.I had a very upset stomach later that night as a result. Probably won’t go back.

Doogers is delicious. I’ve been going there for years. They have some of the best clam chowder I’ve ever had on the coast.

Not bad. Loved the sampler platter… Oysters, calamari, prawns, scallops, halibut, and salmon and they’ll cook each item the way you want. I had some fried, some sauteed, and some cajun.

Loved the fettuccine Alfredo with smoked salmon and the clam chowder. Will definitely go back.
