Started our Long Beach vacation here and weren’t disappointed. Appetizer spring rolls were fresh and delicious and mango curry was delicious. Pad Thai was fairly typical for Thai restaurant fare,would have liked to come back and try some more of their local recipes.
Good food, awful service!. We ate here over the kite festival. The food was good but wasn’t worth the wait or the frustration. It was hard to watch family’s the same size as mine, who came in after us, order after us, order similar food as we did, and ate a whole 45mins before we did. Most of the Asian customers had their food in 15 minutes we waited an hour and 30 minutes ours. That is forever, especially for two small children. I was ready to walk out but didn’t want to make a scene like the other family who was left to starve a table. Sad to say that we were not the only family on the back burner. A man with his two-year-old daughter, who came in at the same time we did, who ordered takeout, was still waiting after we had eaten and left. This restaurant was either horribly mismanaged or, yes I’m going to say it… A tiny bit racist.
