  They Still Can’t Seem To Get It Right!. Our DQ closed for quite some time, remodeled and reopened a couple months ago. I have been there a total of four times since the reopening. Out of those four times, three times they messed up my order. Two of those were moo-lattes. I always order the mocha moo-latte, so I am quite familiar with how they should look and taste. The first one ordered after the reopening was indeed a moo-latte, alas, not mocha. I knew it wasn’t right because it was too light in color. The person swore to me it was mocha. No it was not! Tonight I again ordered a mocha moo-latte. Again it was wrong. I was already planning to taste it before I left since I no longer trust them. But I knew it was wrong by the look of it. Way too dark and watery. I do not think there was ANY ice cream in it at all. The girl at the window KNEW also that something was wrong, because she did a double take at it and asked the person who made it. She was told it was right, so she insisted to me that it was right. I tasted it… to make sure. Yup. NOT a moo-latte. I handed it back to her and told her it was wrong. She told me ‘even if we remake it, it will be the same.’ REALLY? HMM, well this does not look right and it does not taste right!Sadly, I was on my way to work and had no time to deal with it. But now that I have had THREE bad experiences, I am going to contact the manager tomorrow. I was really hoping the initial goofs were just working the kinks out of a new store, but I think the problem obviously runs deeper. I am interested to see if the manager is a good one and wants to win my business back. Makes me sad, I was so excited for them to reopen. 🙁
