Avacodo Bomb wow. GREAT! This is a Korean owned restaurant making sushi. I usually am disappointed as I usually don’t like the way Korean sushi rice is seasoned. This place is an EXCEPTION! Very good.
One Way Street. The ONLY gripe I have is that no where on this page does it mention that 14th Ave. is a one way street and although it wasn’t the end of the world, not being from the area it would have been nice to know beforehand.With that said, the food was WONDERFUL. The service was good and the atmosphere pleasant. We went based on the reviews I read here and were not disappointed in any way.For starters, we shared the seaweed salad (best I ever had) and I had the small sushi sampler plate that had i each of shrimp, whitefish, tuna and salmon. They were all great but the tuna and salmon were fantastic. My boyfriend had the spicy tuna stuffed mushrooms and is STILL raving over them.For dinner he had the medium chicken teriyaki and I had the chicken bento box with california rolls. Everything was very very good. One word of warning however… the portions are HUGE!!! We ended up taking home enough for two more meals!We will be going back again, 100% for sure. Great food and a great value!!!
The Perfect Happiness.. I love this restaurant. My boyfriend and I eat here at least once a week. The sushi at Fuji is amazing, delicious, affordable, and always extremely fresh. The salmon-avocado sashimi is like heaven melted in your mouth. Their raw fish is beautiful, fresh, and essentially everything that is good in the world. Eat sushi here, and do it now before your life passes you by.
Heart Attack Roll is a must!. I usually get the lunch special, Teryaki chicken with gyoza, and then I have it made spicy. It’s really like three meals for me! Such a great deal, but if I am not headed straight home to refrigerate my left overs, I get the heart attack roll! The spice and the cream cheese are AMAZING!! Definitely my husband and I’s favorite place in Longview.
Must Have. Spicy Chicken and the Dynaminte Roll.

It’s OK…. Not my first choice unless I really need a sushi fix.. Lots of tough rice!
