I’ve had bad service a couple times. If you have too, don’t let it discourage you! We’re in here all the time, and its rare. Plus, the food is amazing. I really couldn’t say enough about this place
Like mom would make. This might sound funny but try the taco’s on Thursday. They are the best. It is just like my mom used to make with corn tortillies.
Good food, but plan on standing awhile while waiting for a table to open up….very cramped and noisy….you almost have to yell to hear the person next to you…..could be great with a bigger, better location, but it is what it is.

There is a reason it’s crowded!. My husband found this place last year through YELP. We drive from Portland to Vashon Island 2 – 3 times a year. We no longer do that drive without stopping at the Pancake House. I LOVE their sweet cream (thin) pancakes with the Marion-berry syrup, and my husband always gets the banana pancakes with whipped cream. We have also stopped there for lunch and love their hamburgers.This place is very casual, lot’s of locals. Everyone just waits in line until a table opens up and if you are next in line, you grab it!!! Fantastic waitstaff.The only down side….too far to eat as often as I would like!! 🙂
Went here once a few years ago and will never come back. way too crowded, tables are too close together and you have to squeeze by everyone sitting at the counter to get to your table on the other side of the restaurant. I had my baby with me in her car seat carrier and I barely made it through without hitting people! It was so horrible I forget whether or not the food was any good.
Not worth the wait, kind of reminds me of Denny’s these days, needs improvement!
