Dont let the billboards fool you. By far the nastiest salad bar ever.Had to pick through the lettuce and wouldn’t even touch the spinach. Carrots so slimy they slipped out of the tongs. $15 for a side salad and a beer. Never again and its right around the corner. …

Not bad, not my favorite. Not the same as it was decades ago, but its new(ish) incarnation conjures up fond memories. Not my favorite pizza in town, but I’d eat there if I had to. The thin layer of sauce always gets cooked into the super-thin crust, so there’s not much there. The taco pizza is my favorite; I’d get that over anything else they serve.

FRESH TOMATOES. I love the person who said they hated the fresh tomatoes. They went on to say they have eaten pizza all over the US and never got uncooked tomatoes! Tomatoes on PIZZA should NEVER be cooked!!!! I have to ask everywhere I go for them NOT to cook the tomatoes!!!! So beware if you want cooked tomatoes – that is just wrong to have cooked tomatoes on pizza!!! LOLOK I grew up on this pizza and CB and Tomato(Hometowner) or Canadian Bacon and Pineapple(Hawaiian) were my favorite. HECK they don’t even have Canadian Bacon in the South that tastes right!!! OH and they need a Burgerville too!!!!05 Jul, 2013WOW I love this pizza!!!. These three are family of a legacy of pizza makers!!! There is no pizza like the pizza I grew up with all my life!!! If you are not a big fan of dominos or Papa John’s but tolerate it….. THIS IS THE PIZZA for you…. If you just plan love a GREAT PIZZA go no where else!!!!! I want them to put me on a pizza of the month club and send it to me here in ALABAMA!!!!!

Cold Pizza. We ordered the vegetarian pizza. The pizza came out with a topping of fresh sliced uncooked tomatoes. I have eaten pizza from all over the country and never had uncooked tomato slices on a pizza. I asked the wait staff if she could pop the pizza back in the oven to warm the tomatoes and she said that is the way they do it. Poor customer service.

All in all, my stance is that Pie@trio’s is a very legitimate pizza joint. I know they’ve had some small problems getting everything perfected, but they are a fairly new company and that’s to be expected. I started working at ‘trio’s on opening day in Dec 08 and worked there a few years, and can honestly say that the owners and managers really do strive to be the best and make an extraordinary effort to give their customers what they want and to serve only the highest quality food. It truly was the greatest company to work for, and owner Sam miller is a genuinely great person- not just as an employer, but as a friend too. Never before or since working there have i had a boss who cared as much and did as much for me as sam, and ill never forget that. as a guy who worked there almost four years, i can honestly say that they really do strive for excellence in freshness of ingredients, customer service, and every other aspect of food service. By far, the best pizza in longview! Shout out to Sam m, myles, Dan, Sam s and everyone else who made my time there some of the best times ever. Miss you, guys! Keep up the best pizza in the NW!

Pricey pizza. Okay really 33.00 for a pizza and a pitcher of pop? Really I used to love Pietro’s I even worked there for years. Let me tell you that the pizza had kind of moldy taste I didn’t say anything to the rest that was in the party. Plus really do you not own a mop the floor was so sticky and nasty. Come on Mitch and Jennifer I know you can do better.

Pizza review. I have had pizza in many states and Italy too. Pietros is best because of the fresh ingredients and superb crust. I am a chef and cannot replicate the complicated crust. To make a crust both crispy and chewy and one that holds up the ingredients without sagging can be impossible. Some restaurants have been close but no one can achieve this perfection like you. Yours is never soggy, and never burned on the edge. Your ingredients are fresh and the sauce especially is perfect. I would like you to open a restaurant in Dallas, Texas please.
