Homemade tortillas, delicious tamales and enchiladas as well as yummy sopapillas! My favorite Mexican restaurant!

Tasty. Good quality, lovely looking plates. Excellent service. A little overpriced, but if I’m in downtown Everett it’s a worthwhile stop for a solid Mexican meal. Save room for the fried ice cream!

We’ve been here several times and enjoy the homey atmosphere. Friendly, quick service and down home tasty Mexican food.

I’ve only had their steak fajitas which are VERY tasty but a little greasy and maybe too salty. The hubby’s had other stuff (can’t remember exactly), but he loved it and is VERY picky about his Mexican food (okay, so am I…), but he says it tastes very authentic (good) from his numerous trips to Central America. Try to go when in town. Salsa with the chips is decent but not spectacular, even when starving.

Yuck!. I was hoping for something half decent, but was sorely disappointed. Only wish I’d read the reviews here before going. My taco came with a hard shell kinda like the trash you get in an Old El Paso box at your local grocery store. I was quite shocked. I guess the culinary scene in Everett is stuck in the 80’s which is really sad considering how close it is to Seattle. It wasn’t cheap either. $18 for two nasty enchiladas and the single Taco Bell style taco. At least the Modello was good. If you’re looking for authentic then give this place a miss, however, if you like your food swimming is molten cheese, sour cream, refried beans, nasty rice, rubbery chicken and a huge dollop of guacamole then this is definitely your domain.

Terrible Food. I’m surprised that this place is always busy, they must have cheap drinks. Their rice & beans are very bland. Their chips were stale and the salsa was inedible (too hot, you tasted nothing accept the pepper). I ordered a chicken dish & the chicken was made with the strips you buy in the store that are pre-cooked (you know the kind, they are roughly 3inches long, 1 inch wide & 1/2 inch thick). In all fairness, my visit there was about 3 years ago so perhaps they’ve changed things since. My experience was so bad however, that I feel compelled to say it now that I have an account here.

Not sure what ‘Jennifer’ is talking about…it was a normal mexican joint. Nothing super special, but not the ‘worst ever’ by any means.
