It’s a casual restaurant with American food items. It can get very loud and noisy. The servers are okay and the food tastes like they’ve been microwaved.

We went here as a group of 40 (son’s hockey team and parents). Service was EXCELLENT. Ordering was a little chaotic but all the employees were very efficient and aimed to please. My Asian chicken salad was delicious. Dangerous Dave drink was strong and worth the money. We will go back!

I hate this place. It’s big, cold and unwelcoming. Look at a big board out front and order your food on a computer station..really? At these prices?? Then who is your waiter? I guess you don’t have one. Food is mediocre and way overpriced especially since you do half the work yourself. The ONLY thing it has going for it is its proximity to the mall and theatre. A restaurant concept I do not dig.

I went there to watch a playoff game and they had no sound on even though they advertise that the bar area is a sports bar. So I had to leave my seat to ask the hostess if they could turn on the tv sound instead of the music they were playing. When I went back to my seat, it had been taken, so I was forced to sit at the bar. It took about 15mins. for the bartender to ask me for my drink order. I ordered a Roy Rogers, a very easy drink to make, but when I got it back, the soda had no carbonation. I was about to leave after calling around to some other places, but I stayed to give the place a try. I found another open table and ordered the sirloin steak. The side orders were decent, however, the steak was rubbery and tasted like liver. I decided to finish it and post a review online. I would choose Buffalo wild wings anytime over this place to watch a game. However my server, Stephani, was very attentive to my requests, perhaps because I told her I was going to leave earlier. I would have sent in my review to the HQ but they don’t have comment cards with their address on them nor do they give you a pen to fill it out. Overall, I would rate it a 3.5 on a scale to 10

Better than expected, actually quite good. I think the secret is to leave the kids in the car and eat in the bar where you get traditional service. Saturday at 6pm they were slammed, got a spot in the bar immediately and the server was right on it. In the bar you get a proper menu and time to read it. The drink machine is a neat novelty. Vanilla root beer? Pretty good. Cherry pibb? yup. Fish and chips reportedly very good, my burger and fries were better than just about anywhere for $10. Far better than Red Robin type places, and no dancing chicken or birthday songs. Food came pretty quickly 10, maybe 15 minutes? Television for the mens room stalls earns bonus points. I’ll be back, but probably not until after the holidays when the mall is less of a zoo.

Why bother?. We were so excited to try the blazing onion for the first time. We aren’t excited to ever go back. In short, the burgers aren’t that great for the price you pay, the fries were cold and tasted like they were partially frozen, we waited 50 minutes for our food on a not-so-busy night. They also ran out of gluten free hamburger buns and didn’t inform us until 40 minutes after we placed our orders. The brand of burger buns they use is one of the worst brands of buns as well. Cool soda machine; that’s all they have going for them.
