I happened on to this joint while stopped at a light on 212th. Would never have known it was there. What a find! I’ve sampled bbq all over this country, and CCBBQ holds up to the very best of my finds.I ordered a family meal of spare ribs, brisket, Mac/cheese, slaw, beans and shortbread for four to go…we absolutely loved every morsel. Add the friendly and helpful service and this becomes must have bbq. Do it now, I’ll wait.

Steve and Lisa are big soccer fans and are the food vendor for the North Sound Seawolves FC, of the Premiere Development League (based in Edmonds). Wherever you find the Celtic Cowboy, jump in line and enjoy the feast!
Got to try. When I was waiting for my order I kept thinging that if the food is half as good as the smell I was in for a treat and was not disappointed at all. Beef brisket excellent flavor, tender and no fat. Pulled pork sandwich was piled high and full of flavor. Tried the hot sausage and very hot it was but taseted great as well. Side of beans and potato salad are both worth ordering again as well. Will be back.
Wicked Wings Wednesday!. Smoked not fried and fattening, our wings are tossed in our CCBBQ, Hot or Apricot-Jalapeno sauce.
