My son Chris treated me for Veterans Day at Claim Jumper. Every single employee that we interacted with greeted us with a smile and a warm handshake. Our server Amanda was exceptionally fast and efficient. Everything from the appetizer,meal, and dessert had a nice presentation and was served quickly. Manager Todd came by our booth, and I discovered he is a Veteran. Thank you for your service from one Veteran to another. Thank you all for the excellent service.
Went here for an early dinner, lots of room in the restaurant. Service was quick, the server was pleasant and knowledgeable. Appy’s were suggested, and served quickly. I asked for extra dressing for my salad, which never came. When my main course (tri tips & chicken) arrived, i noted it had been sitting under the hot pass for too long. The chicken was dry, the skin dried right out from the heat lamps. The beef was a touch dried out but otherwise tasty.To wrap it up: the food & drinks were good, the server was great, but the food runners need to pick it up more. Will try again one day.
Sunday brunch food was cold and service poor 30min for water!! wow
Their fries are very sub par. They stabbed my throat. Don’t order the jambalaya
