Mill Creek Towncenter is where we tried out the sweet confection with toppings in the middle instead of on top. There are a lot more ice cream base flavors than when I tried this chain many years ago. Our first experience was delicious! However, our last visit left something to be desired–like the toppings! Make sure you watch them put the goodies in before mixing the ice cream. There must have been only a teaspoon–not nearly enough. My husband asked the young man to add more to his. We’ll go back though. Still lots of combinations to try!
