Food is over priced. Small portions for the price point. Also, the rise was undercooked. This restaurant left much to be desired which was disappointing since I’ve been to other locations and the food was fantastic.

You don’t come here for authentic Chinese. You overspend for the atmosphere and food that takes hints of Asian flare and spiffs it up to appear exotic. The presentation is great, and the setting is great. The food is fine, but not particularly to my liking. There are a lot of odd choices in flavors that they think American’s think is Asian, but it really doesn’t go together well. That is my personal bias. Service ranges from medium pace to slow depending on the traffic.I would personally not recommend this place if you want Americanized Chinese. There are better options. But as a place to go that is lively, fun, and has a lot of atmosphere, P.F. Changes would make the general proud.

The highlight of my trip to seattle was a visit to PF Changs outlet in Lynwood mall. This place has one of the best Chinese food that appeals to my Indian palate. The decor is modern and the wooden pannelled interiors add to the warmth of this cozy Chinese restaurant. For starters i had the Chang’s vegetable lettuce wrap which is one of their signature appetizer comprising wok seared tofu. Though a non-vegeterian fan, i absolutely loved the vegetable lettuce wrap.Next on our list was the tempura batter fried crispy green beans. Beans never tasted so good. The crispy tempura batter and the kick of the signature spicy dip served with the beans hit the spot. This clearly was a star starter on the menu. For the mains we ordered for Almond and Cashew Chicken which was drizzled with lemon and served with fresh brocolli. We enjoyed this to the accompaniment of vegetable fried rice. However, the did not appeal our taste buds as much as the vegeterian mains we ordered next. Stir fried egg plant in a spicy vegeterian sauce. The flavours were spot on and the egg plant was smooth and succulent. This dish had a serious depth of flavour. Finally it was time for desserts! We had the Great Wall of Chocolate which was a 6 layer chocolate cake topped with choco chips and served with fresh berries and raspberry sauce. We couldnt stop at one bite. The chocolate cake and the raspberry sauce were a high voltage pairing. The chocolate cake was lifted by the raspberry and this most definitely was the highlight of the evening for us.Absolutely love PF Changs and hope to dine here someday again soon! Wish they open outlets in India too! moipalateblogs.wordpress.com

Had the California roll sushi and the hot and sour soup. Not bad! Also tried the honey chicken and beef and broccoli. The chicken was a little dry and the beef was a little fatty but the broccoli tasted good. Customer service was great!
