Tonight was the worst! 2 tables near use were cleared seated and served their meals before I received my milk shake which I told would be right there. Others were served their bottomless fries. Before their meal and were refilled when their meal arrived. We received ours with our meal and the refill about 2 mins. later. You would think that my meat patty would at least be warm when I finally received it but no such luck. This is the 3rd time I have gotten bad service at a Red Robin. Perhaps they just like to ignore women dinning without men or senior women what ever it is I am tired of it!

Quick description of our experience -Walk in – DIRTY – Greeted by awkward male manager (tall, short hair, lacking ability to put three to five words together – Looks like upper management) – Bar was great (service-wise) – Matt was great! (The ONLY bright spot) – Food took 25+ minutes – Had to deal with the awkward manager again – UGH – food cold, stale, poor presentation, soggy tomatoes, overcooked hamburger patty, too much sauce and more – Whoever is running this kitchen must have zero idea whats going on – We understand a bad meal, but this was BAD!!! – Drinks were great, Matt was great, bar staff in general did fantastic! – Overall THUMBS DOWN!!!!(OK not so quick 😉
