This is my wife’s review – The restaurant was almost empty at 6:30 when I met some friends here for dinner on a Thursday night. If you are interested in a lunch buffet, it looks like their buffet area is very small, so probably wont have that much variety. At dinnertime (at least this night), only menu service was provided. Service was quite good without being obtrusive and our waitress was helpful when we had questions. We started out with potato samosas and onion pakoras for appetizers and all were freshly prepared and tasted good. We had garlic naan, spinach-stuffed naan, pomegranate chicken, chicken tikka masala, and lamb vindaloo as our shared entrees. We ordered all of them at two star spicing. As far as I am concerned, the spiciness level was really closer to a one star than a two star, so would order three star the next time around. Always better to play it safe the first time one checks out a new restaurant. They were all delicious, but I thought the portions were a tad on the small side for the price. After we paid our bill, the waitress brought out a complimentary serving of an excellent mango mousse for the table to share which was a very nice touch. The food was quite good, so I would be willing to come back here again sometime. On the other hand, there are a LOT of excellent Indian restaurants in the greater Eastside area and this one was merely very good. (My spouse and I tend to range all the way from Issaquah up to Everett with our base more in the middle. Reading reviews of Lynnwood area Indian restaurants, this one probably does stand out as a better pick than many.)

Thumb up…barely! A Buffet Tale.. A friend and I went in today for lunch and we did the buffet. First, there weren’t many items to choose from. Just a couple of meat dishes but a whole lot of vegetable dishes.I wasn’t overly impressed with the chicken masala or the lamb curry. They were ok, but both dishes needed more spices in them and a touch of heat. It was like they made the most basic sauces they could and that, was that. Plenty of both meats were available for both items. The tandoori chicken was what you would expect. The vegetable dishes were good, but again, could have used more seasoning and spices. The Mango Mousse was excellent!Maybe the food is better if you order individual items from the menu? The service was very good too.(Pictures are posted of this visit.)
Excellent Lamb Vindaloo. Hubby and I had a great dinner – lamb vindaloo was tender and at 3 stars just enough spice for me! The exterior does not look too appealing, but the interior is nicely arranged and even with a big crowd the service is excellent.
The Best Indian Food. I’m a huge Indian Food fan, and have eaten it in well over 7 major cities in the US — by FAR the best is this place. I don’t understand how that can be true, but it is. Hate to post this, so that tons of people come, but I’m going to because they’re that good.
Nice dinner…house salad, vegetable Samosa, garlic naan, a large 22 oz King Fisher Lager to share, a glass of house white wine, Chili Chicken Masala and Tandoori Prawns. Amazing! $61.18 Aug, 2013Finally! Indian food in our neighborhood to rave about. Delicious food in a family run restaurant…the owner is on hand to welcome you with a warm and sincere smile of appreciation. The food speaks for itself.
My favorite Indian Restaurant. Friendly relaxing atmosphere and great food.
