Local favorite. Sparta’s is near and dear to many a local heart. I’d rather go to Sorelli in Mountlake Terrace, but that’s just me.Stick with the pizza at Sparta’s. I find it to be very heavy and greasy, but most people love it.

Former employee still loves Spartas.. I started working at Spartas on the night of their first anniversary back in 1979 and stayed on for about 5 years as an employee. Beverly and Steve owned the place then. It was close to my home and you couldn’t beat the free meal you got on your break, especially for a fifteen year old kid with a hollow leg.I worked everywhere in that restaurant.Anyway, the food is as good now as it was back then. I always love to eat the lasagna, #5 pizza and the salads are to die for.Over all these years I can’t taste any evidence that the new owners changed any of the recipes (back in the old days we made everything from scratch, pizza dough, salad dressings and cut all the pizza toppings and cheese by hand.)Keep up the good work Spartas!

Yes. After many years, Sparta’s is still our favorite place for pizza & house salad! Always comfortable, friendly, pretty darn quick, & tasty.

Stick with the pizza. Sparta’s has been a staple for me since I was a child. Their pizza has always enchanted me and worth the drive into Lynnwood. Recently I was down in the area and decided to try some of their other entrees. My sister had the Tri-colored Tortellini and I had the Cannoli. The meat sauce literally tasted like the meat sauce in Chef Boyardee’s raviolis. The cannolis were weighed down by so much cheese I couldn’t find them at first. Both dishes were salty almost to the point of being inedible. If you are trying to lose weight or just plain want to eat healthy this is not the restaurant for you. For everyone else, just get the pizza. It really is quite what people rave about on here. Anything else is not worth the price.
