Hot Mess. Based on reviews I read here and previous positive experiences with this chain, I decided to stop in for lunch. What a mistake! It was about 85 degrees and filthy inside. The floors were so slippery with food residue it was hard to stay upright. They seem to have a shortage of staff at this location- there was a big backlog on dirty dishes that needed to be bused and because of that, lots of people waiting to be seated. Would not return or recommend.
