The whole atmosphere is great. Our food was served perfectly and the best part was the buckets of rum!! You get to keep the buckets and they come with a shovel to mix it with!!!!
POPULAR?. Tavern-like atmosphere, beer wasn’t cold and food not worth the wait.
Music is good: food? not so much.. I came here a few nights back with my family. I waited a few minutes to be seated although the place wasn’t that busy. I was immediately impressed with the theme of the place, the rock albums (classic) all over the walls and the roadie gear, shipping crates that were used as shelving in certain parts of the restaurant were neat, I thought the rigging/lighting gear hanging from the ceiling was really cool also, not to mention all the old guitars, it was like a rock stars dream restaurant in terms of decor. However the food was quite plain, overpriced too! Calamari wasn’t like anything I had in Canada, this was all rings, NO legs at all on the squid; just rings which I felt were too heavily breaded and overcooked also. I had a Sharp Dressed Man, which was decent, my child had a cheese pizza that was greasy and hardly anything to write home about. Worst part of the experience was waiting for my food, which didn’t come out for at least 7-10 mins after my family got theirs. The server was really nice, but seemed a little out of sorts with our questions. I like the menu and the classic rock theme of the place, but I won’t go back, it was good for the experience and that was it.
Dough was rubbery, topping were scant. Rock wood fired pizza was a burn out.
In a split decision, this barely got a thumbs up. My wife liked a pizza I found passable, but the onion rings were…off.
This place is badass! Try the beer sample. The pizza is amazing too! I’ll come back soon.
We ordered the Crazy Train & a Stairway to Heaven for 4 of us. Both were delicious. The food took a while to get to the table, but it was worth the wait. The server was attentive without being a pest.
