Everything was delicious! The calamari appetizer could be a meal itself. This is not your usually rubbery junk, but the good stuff. I also ordered a bento box, which was way too much food, but the left overs were great. Really good quality sashimi
My favorite sushi!!! Seattle and Las Vegas rolls are to die for. the way they tempura batter them and the sauce…oh man, what time do they open?? lol
Im a big sushi fin. And I’ve been to almost every sushi place in Seattle area and by far this place is the best. I’m Korean and I usually prefer Korean owned sushi restaurant as they are more often creative. Edina sushi wins both creativity and taste. They have $60 sushi sashimi combo which I think should be priced well over $100. Try it out you won’t regret it
Great value, friendly service. We happened to see the ‘edina sushi’ sign and after a quick, (though limited) positive search result yielded from our iphone, we decided to try it out. we were not disappointed. basically, you can spend here easily what you might expect to pay at subpar conveyor-belt sushi joints (assuming healthy portions, numerous plates ordered), but the quality is much better and it’s a full-service restaurant. not the least i should mention they always have some type of awesome type of japanese movie, dvd or tv show playing. tonight it was a delectable collection of various japanese noodles and soups that made us drool while awaiting our agedashi tofu and chicken karage. have to admit the music is to be desired, but this is in lynnwood afterall. 🙂
Ok, but not great. They have lots of mayo/avocado items if that’s your thing, but the service and atmosphere were blah.
Not That Great. I tried this place seeing the 100% rating, and was let down. It was just OK. Not bad at all, but there are better places out there for sure. Went during lunch time and service was not the greatest concidering that the place was almost empty.
A terrific local for sushi favorites. Lots of choices for non sushi eaters. Staff is attentive and accomodating. I really like the tempura fried rolls.
