Chicken enchilada. Chicken enchilada, beans and rice. Little pieces of chicken in corn tortilla with very small portions of rice & beans. A little bitty portion of sour cream and lettuce. I am not a bigger eater many times a Mexican dish will give me three meals worth. Not worth $8 and was just average taste. Good part is there was no line. Wondering if there is ever a line. Almost always a line up at the Mexican Food Bus on the west side of Rainer close to the Safeway. Not sure of the name but definitely worth the drive.
