A friendly welcome from the whole staff when you walk in for a seemingly bottomless pot of the soup served bubbling with its own little stove. You choose a soup from about 10 combinations on the menu, choose to add sides that come to the table cold just for more fun. You put them in yourself when it comes. Very quickly you are served and you get a broth that’s rich deeply flavored, the pot is stuffed full of shaved meat like pho, but the bounty of vegetables are the star. You get a soup spoon, chopsticks and a bowl of rice. The condiments are garlic soy, spicy chili sauce & chili oil to make it even tastier and spicier as you like. The price is low, the taste is high and the experience is fun. You will leave too full but will crave it again in the next couple days. The whole staff says goodbye when you leave.
