I always have a terrible experience when I go here. Whether it’s waiting 25 minutes for my drink, having my decaf double shot Americano made wrong, or being treated like a nuisance by the baristas. The blonde girl that’s there in the morning is constantly disrespectful to me. She will ask me what I’d like then turn away and start talking to someone else as I begin to answer. Not only that… She always stands there and texts right in front of me WHILE I’m waiting. I’m typically a pretty easy-going person, but COME ON! This is getting ridiculous
Our entire family enjoys getting coffee and sandwiches here. Urban City is our go to place around home. We have also attended some of their evening fun stuff like live music. Very cozy, great staff, good food and drinks.
