Out of this world and worth the trip!. I discovered the Full Circle Cafe several years ago on my first trip to Ocean Park. I was looking for the yarn store, The Tapestry Rose, which is located behind the cafe. Colleen owns and runs the cafe, and her husband Gary mans the yarn store. I bought some wonderful yarn, and enjoyed a tremendous meal. Now I make a point of eating there anytime (and every time) I am in the area. The food is always fresh, the quality of the ingredients is top notch, and is expertly prepared. You will find a great selection of items, too. My favorite is the North Beach Veggie Burger, a creation of Colleen’s. This morning I tried an omelet that was filled with yummy things like avocado, cheese, tomatoes, and finished with a delightful jalapeno cream topping–not like anything I have ever had–and I ate every bit of it. Even the jam for the toast was home made! And no matter what, make sure you have a dessert. Yes, those are made from scratch and worth every calorie. The restaurant is always clean, the service prompt, and genuinely friendly. And if you enjoy knitting, be sure you check out the Tapestry Rose, too.

Great food!. Read the reviews on this caf and thought we would give it a try. Admittedly, the food is very, very good, albeit the portions are somewhat small. Nevertheless, if we are back in this area we will be sure to go to this place again. I had the spicy jalapeno omelet, which was especially good with crushed habanero pepper on it (you have to ask for it, but they actually have dried, crushed habanero pepper…a first at any restaurant I have been to and oh so good for those of us that really like the heat). A few other points: (1) The hashbrown potatoes are quite good and not greasy, like so many cafes; (2) The homemade jams are to die for, and; (3) The people here are very friendly.

We come to Ocean Park once a year- and lingonberry crepes are a ‘must have’ for most of the group. We love the friendly service and great food. Omlets are great- not too big. Good burgers and sandwiches, great clam chowder. One young member of our party has a severe nut and seafood allergy- and every year the staff go above and beyond. True – he’s a 6 year old who wants a grilled cheese for breakfast and lunch. But the cook uses a separate pan to pan fry, fresh utensils, and wears gloves, and the staff consistently makes sure his family gets what they need. We love Full Circle!

Great food. Fair priced. Yummy deserts. Love the knitting shop that is attached. One of the few resteraunts (cafe) in Ocean Park that actually seems happy to serve you.
