I was stationed in South Korea…. …for over a year. There have been two restaurants in all of the United States that I’ve been to (and I’ve searched high and low) that have even come close to the deliciousness I experienced in the Far East. Arirang Garden in Whidbey Island, WA, and Honey Pig in Ellicott City, MD.The service, food, and everything is what you’ll find in country.So, if you don’t like it…don’t plan a trip to the Korean Peninsula. You’ll only embarrass yourself and your fellow Americans further.
Will be back!. Had lunch and it was very good. The panchan (Korean side dishes) were a bit scarce – greens, kimchi and bean sprouts. Usually there are a lot more but, they were well seasoned. The food was good, fresh and spicy. Service was friendly.
