First off frank is samoan guys not hawaiian although he does kinda have that theme going on. The food is pretty greasy. And the few times I’ve been there the food isnt always the same probably because frank can’t seem to find a good cook or waitresses. He’s very indecisive and keeps changing things. Not good for business. He needs to keep things simple and constant. And work on putting his money towards good staff and instead of tacky decorations
Always Closed. Why is this place always closed? I’ve been stationed here for 3 years and I still haven’t been able to eat here. I want to try it because my buddies tell me it was a good diner before I got here. I’ve made plenty of attempts to eat at Frank’s but they’re always closed! Every time! Day, afternoon, night. ALWAYS CLOSED. What gives?
I just created an account just to say how bad this place is. I literally just walked out from breakfast. What a joke. This is a military town and he is trying to cash in on that with his patriotic decor. Maybe if they didnt waste the money of the crappy/tacky decor on the outside, they could spruce up on the inside. It wad incredibly dirty and thr food bland and greasy. I feel like I need to soak in bleach. The inside of the place has cheap plywood for walls and the coffee mugs hang on the nasty wall. Who knows when they were last cleaned. This place is awful. Go anywhere but here.

I had their shrimp n’ grits. It was fantastic. So stop whining, get a life, and yu try starting a business. Hater.
Great food. Definitely not good for you, but really good food.
After reading reviews, I tried to stay away as long as possible, but I finally gave in and the good was good. Service sucked, but I was prepared for it. It was pretty cheap, too. If you’re looking for above classy place to dine, this ain’t it, but if you’re looking for that city hot dog stand type ambience with some good ol down home American food, that’d be it.
Not Hawaiian and not that great. They mascarade as military friendly but don’t even offer a discount!
