Bad first experience will keep us from coming back unfortunately. Story of the day for you ladies. Went to try jedas today, since I’ve heard so many great reviews about it. We got take out of the phad see ew, duck salad, and the gyoza. We weren’t happy with it. The portions were extremely small for the price (it came out to 30 bucks) and the taste wasn’t great to us, for the price. So I went right away to return the two entrees, we were fine with our gyoza. So I told the lady at the counter that we thought the food quantity-price and taste weren’t satisfactory and that I was wanting a refund, I was very nice about it. She told me flat out they don’t do refunds. Which of course, is a blatant lie. So I told her I’m not stupid, I know you do refunds, to which she again refused. I said I will get mean about this if I need to. So she started ringin me up for the refund, and called me stupid! In front of all her customers! I was beyond surprised at the way it was all handled. She had the audacity to tell me that all of her other customers lovee Her phad see ew, I was like that’s fine, but we weren’t. I tried to be understanding, but the blatant lying, and uncaring about us as customers, oh and the name calling, it was all completely unprofessional and rude. I was so surprised.
Best service in town. This little mom and pop ran restrant is one of the best places to eat in town. Always great service and your food comes out hot and fast! Very reasonably priced. My family and I eat here on a regular basis. My son (who is 3) some times comes in acting well like a 3 year old, and they are always helpful and understanding. While it is a small resturaunt there is always somewhere to sit. When you order they ask you how spicey you want the dish from 1-5. Everything is made to order and always great tasting. You can order one dish for your self or order family style.
