Horrible Service!!!!!. If I could give this place NEGITIVE stars I would! I called in an order and was told 45 mins for delivery. Nearly 2 hours later I called and asked where our food was, I was told that they had drivers call in sick and that it could be anywhere from 15mins to an hour! I’m at home with 2 small children and no vehicle so I couldn’t just run out and grab something (I’m here visiting my boyfriend who is stationed at the air base). And as a consolation you offered me $2 off my next order! SERIOUSLY?!?!?! I will never order from here again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My husband and I waited more than 45 minutes after placing our order before our appetizers finally arrived only to find they were over cooked. By the time the main dishes arrived we were less than impressed with the service and the establishment. The food was mediocre to say the least. The place was raved about by friends so perhaps we went on a bad night, but unfortunately we won’t return to find out if that is the case.
Cold Service to Match the Cold Undercooked Food. The wings were undercooked badly ($10 for only 8!). The burger was uninspiring, bland, and cafeteria-esque, as in the patties are the kind you can buy in bulk at a grocery store and are loaded with filler (as was everything else making up the cheeseburger). The place smells like day-old vomit dried up and there is no air circulation in there. I’ve eaten at cleaner restaurants in third world countries.
My sister and I just came in an hour ago to take a to go order. It took about five minutes for a waitress to appear after we had already had our order figured out and she wasn’t happy at all. We got fries, a hamburger, fish and chips, corn dog bites, and Mac and cheese bites all for $38 and we tipped $4. The wait wasn’t bad, maybe 15 minutes, and we were able to play a game in the arcade there while we waited. Once we had our food and got home 2 minutes later, we discovered the food was almost cold. My sister didn’t have tartar sauce for her fish and chips like the menu said it came with and we didn’t have any at home, which isn’t so bad I guess. I was charged for a deluxe cheeseburger for a plain hamburger that didn’t have mustard and ketchup on it like I asked (which wasn’t so bad since we were home and had those things). Overall I’m just upset for having paid a good amount of money for cold good and not very good service. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.
Garbage. Mediocre food at best and its stuffy and all around just a dump. Id rather just go to 7/11 and get food. Probably my least favorite place on island
LOVE IT. Awesome food, great service, and i love the family atmosphere. The owner is totally sweet and genuinely cares about customer service. He’ll come out and talk to you and ask you how the food and service is, which I found absolutely awesome. Great find, and will be visiting them time and time again,
Bad Food, Bad Service. Unless you want to party in the bar, forget service and food quality. Wing Challenge is a joke. You can’t even have a drink of water.
