This is a fantastic deli, with superb NY style sandwiches, housemade soups, and beautiful salads. Mac n Cheese, Reubens, hot pastrami, you name it. I had chicken tortilla soup with crunchy tortilla strips, and a spinach salad with craisins and blue cheese. Yum! Plus, fabulous coffee and chocolate mousse for dessert. Most people get food to go, but staff is super friendly and it was fun to eat there.

Really cool mac and cheese. They’ve got an interesting way of doing mac and cheese. On its own, the mac and cheese is made like a casserole and cut into these dense squares. It’s not the most flavorful mac and cheese, but what makes it stand out is they dump a cup of soup on top of your mac and cheese. At the time they had tomato soup and chili available. My friend and I got one of each. It’s quite the dish to look at. Solid comfort food.

I had the Italian sandwich. It was a truly fantastic sandwich. It took some time to make but when it arrived I understood why. It is a handcrafted sandwich which they put a lot of care into. My girlfriend got the veggie sandwich which she also raved about. Not a place for a long sit down lunch but if you want an awesome sandwich and want to pick up some quick groceries this is the place. We will be back.

We’re on a search for Seattle’s Best Mac and Cheeses!!We ordered the Bacon Tomato Mac and Cheese and also the Chili Mac and Cheese. We gave them letter grades on how they turned out:========Appearance – C+Nothing fancy here… the Bacon Tomato was just a plate with a chunk of mac and cheese casserole with soup poured over it and garnished with tomatoes and bacon. The Chili Mac was about the same, but with chili instead of soup. ========Taste – A+The Bacon Tomato is delicious. The Tomato Carrot Bisque that it’s swimming in really adds flavor. The Mac and Cheese itself is a little bland without it, but together it’s absolutely amazing. The Chili Mac is also pretty good. Beans, meat, jalepenos, corn, onions.========Creativity – AAt least 3 varieties of Mac and cheese available on any given day.========Value – A+$10 for 2-3 cups of tasty mac and cheese. Pretty terrific value.========Overall – AOne of Seattle’s Best Mac and Cheeses!

Went to grab some to-go sandwiches today. Got a turkey, ham, cheddar sandwich and a curry chicken salad sandwich. Good sandwiches, delicious bread, and nice guys behind the counter. Will definitely go back to try out other menu items.
