Was pretty excited when this place rolled into town. Have been there a couple of times. Burgers were pretty good but just ate apps on another visit and they were average. Glad the beer selection was good to save the day. Better places on the south hill.
This was a great expierence….:). Me and my daughter went to the South hill BOBS and it was a great expierence. Our server Amy was outstanding, she told us about the special and we ordered it and of course added to it, the food was AWSOME and I will definitely go back! Thank u BOBS AND AMY 🙂
New management has won loyal customers. We went to bobs tonight for the first time. we heard some mixed reviews but wanted to try it ourselves and im glad we did. our servers were amazing. attentive without being over bearing. they made great food and beverage suggestions and if they didn’t know something they found out for us. the new manager stopped by and chatted with us and was genuinely concerned with how our meal went which went far in my book. I am known to be a bit of a service snob, I assured him that both of our servers had been incredible.it was a bit loud inside [seahawks game so it was a given] but they let us sit outside and it was so cazy and pleasant.we will be back and will hopefully be seated in chris or erics sections again
SoSo. Once again, pulled into a new establishment and if you drove a KIA the parking spots would of been fine. Way to small for someone that drives a full size pick up. Had to park in the back. Sat in the bar and if the the beer was 45 degrees i would have been surprised. (warm) My wife order the Mushroom Swiss dip, which was maybe three pieces of steak-um at best (week) for 13 bucks, I ordered a cheese burger and when ask what kind of cheese i would like, i opted for pepper jack. When it came the waiter apologized for it also having cheddar on it. And charged us a dollar more for the pepper jack. Go figure. My wife also asked for a glass of water which came with ice in it and it was warm too. Although the food was hot, it was average at best. My friends and i have been waiting a long time for it to open. Disappointed to say the least. Go to the road house next store for value and satisfaction.
U think they had very poor customer service! I called to see if I can make a reservation for a party of 11 people! The girl said it will be a 15 to 20 min wait but I will let you talk to a manager to make sure. I was on hold for about 5 min talked to the manager he said they were full vary rude about it! So than we went down there and it’s maybe like 5 min away. went in I asked how long the wait for 11 people she said no wait! So we sat down and ate!! Everything from that point on was great!! Food was good!! Still think they need to work on customer service skills!!
Amazing!. The restaurant is beautiful inside, and the bar in functional with ample seating. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Food is amazing and portion size is large. Prices are average for this type of restaurant. Definitely coming back here again very soon!
