Good prices, quite decent food. Not as good as other places I’ve been, but they do a good tofu yakisoba that I like to get as take-away after a long day at work because this place is on my way home.
Happy at the bay spanaway. Walked in to order take out, take out was fast and I ordered the Orange chicken with fried rice tasted delicious ! Overall great local place.
Thanks for the great good, every time!. I’ve been going to Happy at the Bay 3 restaurant for many years when I lived in Tacoma. Whenever I visit Tacoma, this is the place I go and realize how great their food is. I love Teriyaki and I have been to a lot of Teriyaki restaurants but this one wins for its consistency — soft and tasty meats, excellent seasoning (not overdoing it), and always hot. On top of all this, the size of the meals have always been generous, even through this recession when most restaurants were cutting down on meats, usually hiding rice under them. I should add that the food here always looks and tastes fresh and healthy. Quite of bit of the businesses in this plaza went out of business in the last 4 – 5 yrs and this one is still standing – for the obvious reason that it has built up a lot of loyal customers like myself. Thanks for the great good, every time.
